About
Ricky Lozada
Professional with over 30 years of experience in advertising, media, business management, and entrepreneurship. He led major local and international accounts and served as SVP/Managing Director at Lopito, Ileana & Howie.
He later founded Organic Media, brought Froyoworld to Puerto Rico as master franchiser, and opened Camino Zapatería in Condado.
Ricky is also a Certified Life Coach and the first Engage and Grow licensed coach in Puerto Rico.
Lili Madera
Award-winning Senior Creative Director with over 20 years of experience in Puerto Rico’s advertising industry. Recognized for crafting strategic, results-driven campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and integrated media. Skilled at translating brand goals into compelling creative ideas.
Known for versatility across sectors including healthcare, education, finance, retail, automotive, and QSR. Detail-oriented, collaborative, ethical, and committed to purposeful, high-impact work.
